SHIPPING & RETURNS

** Please Note: Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to Bulky OR Heavy Items, freight for bulky items will be quoted over the phone, as an additional cost, after your purchase of the items, has been processed via the webstore. **

SHIPPING

Horsley Park Gun Shop offers flat rate shipping to our webstore customers:

TAS, WA, NT $35 Flat Rate

SA, QLD $25 Flat Rate

NSW, ACT, VIC $18 Flat Rate

 

GST & TAXES
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

We are required by law to charge and withhold the applicable GST for any orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.

 

RETURNS

Return of items will only be accepted if items are in original packaging and condition. Notification is required within seven days of receipt. The refund/credit amount will be the item amount not including any postage. All returns must be pre-approved prior to sending back. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All goods are inspected before we send them off to you, to make sure they are in excellent condition and we’re careful to pack, to minimise chance of damage during transit. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

 

WRONG ORDER SENT

We truly apologise if you receive the wrong item/s ordered. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Horsley Park Gun Shop gift vouchers and coupons are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any vouchers or coupons that are purchased online, can only be redeemed online;

Any vouchers or coupons that are purchased instore can only be redeemed instore.

However, gift cards are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale in store.

Once purchased, Gift Cards are the responsibility of the customer, Horsley Park Gun Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards

 

CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTIONS

Transactions that are cancelled prior to completion will not be charged.

 

CARD HOLDER VERIFICATION

Transactions over $2000 may require verification from the card holder via drivers license/firearms license.
